This hotel is overall good however needs a renovation as it is quite old. Pros- Friendly staff, Happy to assist, Clean rooms Cons- Charge you $21 for local call & extra's after when we left and restaurant over priced. Location is ok but good long walk to get to areas lucky bus is located at front

My mum and I stayed at this hotel last year. It was great. The staff were wonderful. Especially concierge, I think his name was Albert (I can't remember, little Chinese man) he was fantastic, great sense of humor and very helpful. Reasonable price and in a quiet location. Will stay here again!

We only had two nights at the Crowne Plaza but we were happy with our stay. Approximately half hour drive to Universal Studios. Safe area and walking distance to supermarket and restaurants.
