A friend and I stayed here recently as we wanted to be close to Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studios. Universal Studios is only a five minute walk and Warner Brothers Studios is a short cab ride (about $15). The CityWalk retail/dining precinct just outside Universal Studios is fantastic with lots to see and eat! To get to the Kodak... More

This is a nice hotel with a great location. Short and easy walk to CityWalk. Convenient to local highways to Sunset and Hollywood but is isolated to get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Very comfortable beds. The halls are laid out such that only two or three other people go by your door... More

I was treated so well there, I would probably choose to stay here if I had business within 50 miles of the Hotel, every single staff person was above excellent. Location to Universal Studios was bar far the best location, we walked, and the restraunt is by far my FAVORITE on the planet - I am headed over to write... More

Located right next to Universal Studios & CityWalk, they provide the familiar Hilton standard with plush quality rooms & friendly staff from the valet to the manager. Our double room had 2x queen beds, armchair, large desk, & an amazing mobile device charger that had 10+ different connectors all for $180 daily. Buffet breakfast were traditional (western) & Asian to... More

We recently stayed for the second time at this lovely hotel. The service is excellent from the valets to the front desk. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is very convenient to Universal Studios. There is a shuttle from the hotel or you can easily walk to it within 5 minutes. There is a nice pool... More

I was traveling for business which was being held in downtown LA, so I wasn't too pleased about being put up out in Universal City. However, this place was GREAT! Granted transportation was a mess in the morning (not the hotels fault) otherwise, I loved this place. I try to avoid the "touristy'' type places for business travel, but I... More

I stayed at the Universal Hilton for 6 nights during vacation, and I can't say enough good things about my stay. I was concerned about the location, but as soon as I arrived I knew I had made the right choice. The first room I was given was on the 19th floor, overlooking the 101 freeway. I called down to... This hotel is in an excellent location, less than 5mins walk from Universal Studios. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet is very good and the food is fresh. The hotel is spotless and rooms cleaned everyday. Would go here again. More

Stayed here three nights. Perfect for going to Universal Studies, but that's also the reason I never stayed here before (too "touristy" a location for business). However, I was pleasantly surprised by the location. It's sandwiched between the 101 and 134 freeways... which means it's a good location to access the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, or Pasadena whichever direction you... More

Very comfortable and upmarket hotel. Rooms are a little bit on the dated side but very well maintained. Very comfortable King Beds and pillows. Our room was dirty on arrival but Rory on reception was excellent and sorted it out straight away and had a porter move us to another room which was lovely. Great view of Universal Studios from...
