I work through the Internet, and have been in many hotels in lots of places. The Internet here is one of the worst I've come across anywhere. They've already reset everything, and they say that's all they can do. The staff have not been very helpful or friendly. We won't be back if we can find any better options.

The hotel is very close to UCLA and Westwood. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet although a little small. We had no problems parking. Internet service worked well. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was very nice. We had tons of questions and needed extra towels and they gladly helped us with no complaints. The front desk people even upgraded our room for free.
