A good big hotel close to the airport. There is no free parking, there's a different of $7 between valley and self parking. Internet is extra. Wash machine located on floor 4. Breakfast is extra.Rooms are big an facilitated with big TV coffee maker.

I've used this hotel twice and found it to be good, clean and convenient - especially after a long-haul flight. It is also within walking distance to many of the LAX car rental companies, which saves having to return to the airport to catch the car rental shuttle. I will certainly use it again when I'm back in LA.

Toilet was clogged, the shower water handle did not work the water temperature correctly, needed replacement which was not done, many electrical power outlets in room were non-functional, extremely hard beds. Limited selection on all hotel restaurant menus. $31 for a hamburger and fries. Extremely expensive parking, $36 per day. No free in-room Wi-Fi.

While it has a very nice concierge floor, I barley had time to enjoy it. Hotel is nice, parking and airport access is easy, just a real nice spot before catching a flight. Concierge floor would be best to get (16?) if possible.

Stayed here for 2 nights in May and June. Would recommend asking for a room that faces away from the runway if noise is an issue for you. Great location, convenient shuttle bus plus a bus stop right outside the hotel, with buses to Santa Monica and Manhattan beach
