The carpets of the room have dirty black stains; it smells bad probably due to old dirty carpet. The continental breakfast room smells bad because of the incense and the smell penetrates to the food that are in the breakfast room. The front desk person service is not friendly at all. More

when checking in had no handicapped rooms avail. No Elevator. Didn't offer assistance with taking luggage upstairs. Wouldn't give refund of 2nd night even though no handicapped rooms avail. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in need of a hotel in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel in a long time, and the toiletries were wonderful. Can't say enough about it!! More
