Great experience, clean rooms, helpful staff.....was upgraded to a suite on my last 2 visits....nice variety for breakfast. Great dinner recommendation next door to the hotel. Easy internet access for business needs.

Found the review on Trip Advisor and then found a fantastic price on Hotels.com. This is the best, cleanest, most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in as far as smaller hotels in smaller towns go. Great rooms, with inside acces which is very important to me. Indoor heated pool and spa. Good breakfast and easy access off main route....

Arrived without a reservation on a 4 day weekend and got the last room available. Danielle greeted us warmly, offered hot chocolate chip cookies, recommendations for restaurants with discounts as a hotel guest, and suggestions for good DVD's. The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

My husband and I stayed here to break up a long drive. Los Banos does not have much to offer as far as tourist sites go, but it's an OK place to stop and rest for the night.
The owners obviously take pride in their hotel (as far as a 2.5 facility goes) and are intentional about good customer service....

We were driving through and stopped to stay here and had a great time. The kids loved the pool and me and my wife enjoyed the jaccuzzi. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice too! My kids love waffles! I would definitely stay here again!
