We are putting in a new restaurant, pool, workout center, lobby, meeting space, guest laundry, and, of course, redoing each and every room (from the A/C to the fixtures and lighting, etc).

Note: The parking lot was under construction, no swimming pool on site. I hardly even noticed the work, they are conscientious enough to only work 9AM-4PM, and there is adequate parking in the grass, with a short walk to the rooms.
