Top notch service by everyone including the front desk, engineering, housekeeping, and the staff at the restaurant. Comfortable furnishings, clean, spacious, sleek, stylish bath and vanity area. Really the best in-room coffee I've ever had. Walk to center of Los Gatos, near night life, restaurants, stores, etc. I enjoyed the peppermint soap and shampoo too.

We only spent one night, but were struck by the friendliness of the staff. Very genuine, not phony friendly. Price was quite reasonable; room was clean and quite large. We would definitely stay again. Very convenient to shopping and dining in Los Gatos. Would definitely recommend to others!
