Not much more to add but to confirm the place is musty old and needs updating throughout. Sliding door handle broken off, lock is corroded, toilets are children's size, faucets leak all over the sink. My folks loved coming here 20 years ago, it was quaint then, but worn out now!

Sea Pines is a nice little get-away without the snootiness of a golf resort. Nestled in a residential area, and within walking distance to Montana Del Oro State Park, there plenty of hiking and mountain biking. It is also pet friendly.

I wouldn't necessarily call this place a resort. It's a little older and ran down. As for the city of Los Osos I can see why this place would be considered the #1 hotel, there isn't much in that town. If your looking for something close to the state parks and Morro Rock this isn't a bad place to stay.... More
