Location is great. The hotel is easy access to just about anything. Service is great until 9pm. After that, you are pretty much on your own until the next morning. Good continental breakfast. Room looks old and dated.

Since Medocino is such a small town, while this B&B is located on outskirts, easy walk to town. Very clean, rooms are large and light. Has music on Sat nights in bar area which in mornings makes into a nice breakfast room. Great antiques and lovely public areas.

Checked in to this Inn without a reservation on Memorial Day weekend. They gave us a 40% discount on a room with two beds, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay in our ocean view king sized room. Good waffle breakfast too. Our complimentary wine was excellent. I would suggest the addition of an ice machine on the grounds. room would benefit from updating. But room was clean with good bedding and very quiet.

Clean, affordable room. . Convenient to town with plenty of parking. Simple do it yourself breakfast, if you want more, pay more. Staff was pleasant. Only complaint, stuff room but easily rectified by opening patio door onto the garden.
