This place was advertised as being "open all year", but when we arrived it was closed. I've read reviews that mentioned this place was rustic which with my own eyes is not the correct. This place is gross. I wouldn't trust the surrounding mobile home park neighborhood either. Just not a safe or very clean place to take kids.
