This is a beautiful historic b&b. Ruth runs the Inn and is just great. We felt right at home and had a delicious gourmet breakfast. The rooms are very clean... the grounds are gorgeous and you are a short walk from downtown Nevada City. I can't wait to stay here again!

Great location, short walking distance to main street shopping and restaurants, quiet, quaint. Breakfasts were yummy, all home cooked by Ruth, the manager. Ruth also was helpful in making dinner reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant. I would definitely plan a return visit.

Hands down the best Bed and Breakfast in Nevada City! Right in town close to everything, yet quiet and serene on the grounds. The building is gorgeous inside and out, with a beautiful lawn and chairs that sit right on beautiful Deer Creek. Ruth was welcoming and accommodating in every way.
