Rooms are getting shabby and thread bare. The concierge lounge is an excuse, with nothing but soggy store bought lemon squares at night. I guess still convent if paid for on business but it falls behind most other Marriotts of the same supposed caliber.

This is a great hotel to stay when in the east bay. Modern rooms, good food, and excellent customer service. Parking is expensive. Not the cheapest place to stay if your on a budget. Located in downtown near bars and concert venues.
