The staff was very nice and we had everything we needed! We had many guests staying there for my wedding, and everyone was well taken care of. The shuttle was great to have to and from our venue. I would absolutely return to this hotel!

We've gone out to Oxnard the last few summers and have stayed here each time. the only real dislike is the size of the pool (small). other than that, it's a great place to stay. the rooms have everything you need, breakfast is great compared to hotel breakfasts else where. the location is quite and there isn't too much traffic.... The hotel is nice, our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is far from the beach or any other attraction but this was not a problem for us. My only complaint are the pillows, which were not comfortable.

We were between homes because of delays in construction. Grandstay Residential Suites staff has made this a pleasant ordeal. This hotel was conveniently located and surrounded by a nice area of Oxnard. When entering the hotel the staff was just there. No smiles at all. The stairs were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. We stayed at the Grandstay on 2/20/13 and 2/21/13 and we were very happy with the room and the service. When we checked in late the front desk person was very nice. The room was clean, large and had a comfy bed. I would differently stay there again.

We bought a groupon certificate for 1br suite which is claimed as enough to hold 4 ppl, however ended up to be much smaller than expected, with only one queen-size and one sofa bed.
