A year ago I gave this hotel top marks except for the poor pool deck chairs. I let the manager know and this year I came back to beautiful new pool furniture. I had an issue with noisy neighbours one night and immediately staff dealt with the issue and offered me an alternate location the next day. GREAT STAFF!
