This was my third trip to Hacienda. It is heads and shoulders above the rest of the places I’ve seen or stayed in the Warm Sands area - great attention to detail, impeccable customer service, absolutely the top of the line. I can’t imagine a reason to stay anywhere else. Truly five star quality. I can’t wait to return.

Very hard to find a fault with the Hacienda. It's at the high end from the standpoint of cost but once you leave, it is obvious upon reflection that the cost was worth it. Five star all the way. Amazing service, friendly and courteous staff, luxurious rooms, easy walk to downtown, could not find one thing to complain about. Will certainly make a return visit. The pools and hot tub are heated and spotless. Breakfast and lunch are included and lunch is served either poolside or in your room. The beds are luxurious
