All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There's a shuttle service whenever you need the roooms are fine. The workout roomo section is excellent. Pool area is nice. There's a very soft and pleasant ambience to the whole property. We really liked it.

Tripadvisor reviews are always a balance between value and quality. This hotel is large and geared toward conferences, but they STILL manage to provide personal and friendly service. Reception was fine and fast. Room with a balcony and the view on the pool which can be a bit problematic at night.
