We stayed in March, 2013. We were treated very well and can not wait to go back next year. Even the Valet Staff was wonderful. The location is perfect and the views are lovely. Our room was spacious. We hope it will be as nice an experience when it becomes part of Hard Rock.

This hotel is highly recommended. We stayed on the top (3rd) floor. The rooms were large, clean, and had comfortable beds and a bath tub. There is also a free shuttle ti the airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel had an overall resort feel. Its right in the heart of downtown.

Stayed here for 1 night on an organised tour from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. It's damn hot hee in Palm Springs most of the year but hotel is pleasantly air-conditioned and very clean throughout.
