Of course the Rosewood is gorgeous, but I find Garden Court to be more conveniently located in downtown PA and comfortable. the room design was excellent. very clean and comfortable classic design. the balcony is very nice. the staff is helpful and courteous. pastry and coffee are served for free on every level during the breakfast hour.
