After the recent remodel of Ventana's the service remains excellent. Norman, Diego and Urbano are great! The remodel still has some quirks. The outdoor fire pit smells like gas. The food remains very good and maybe a little pricy. Again, the service and warmth or Diego, Norman and Urbano remains excellent.

The Westin Pasadena was a great experience in Pasadena. Great hotel, average price. They have updated their Bar, outside Dining and Menu. Norman and Diego were especially friendly and helpful. I have stayed here > 15 times in the last 5 years, it never fails to be excellent. Nice fitness room.

An all round very good hotel with the service (and the attitude of the people providing) being excellent. We had an especially nice experience at brunch with Herber, Urbano and Xochiti providing great service despite a full house.

When I arrived on May 14 at 11PM, there was a mix up in my reservation, which was not the fault of Westin. Tina, who was the front desk, went out of her way to make things work out. This was service that you do not always see and was extremely welcome to a tried traveler. Dean Kashino, MD

I stayed at the Westin on May 9th and was disappointed in the hotel. I originally booked a room with a shared patio that would lead to the steps of the pool. When I checked in I was given a room with a shared patio and not by the steps to the pool. I called to ask to change rooms.... More

My family stayed at the westin once again ....great location and service...beautiful pool on the roof and a great city...we had a wonderful brunch for 30 in the newly decorated area...we shall return. Very soon...near almost everything...and the hotel shuttle is very, very conveinent.....

I'm writing this review while in my dusty, non-descript room on the 11th floor. (1125) At 1:45 pm we checked in and requested a bottle of wine and an appetizer per our Groupon deal package. I asked if we could have it delivered at 2:15, would 30 minutes be long enough? Was told that was fine; our order wasn't delivered... More
