We found the Anderson Valley Inn on TripAdvisor while looking for a place to stay for a two day trip to Anderson Valley. We were intrigued by the description of "no tv or phone", "intermittent Wi-Fi", and the thought of sitting around the fire pit sharing a good bottle of Anderson Valley wine. And that is what we got. The... More

We spent two nights at the Inn and enjoyed the quiet and attention to detail. We had a unit with a kitchen, which was great for coffee and cheese and crackers. There was big fridge, but no stove. The owner was great--friendly and informative. They use compact fluorescence bulbs and seem concerned about the planet, which we liked. The nearby... More

There seem to be a lot of reviews here lamenting the fact that AVI has no TVs, but for me that's the draw. No phone, no TV, perfect. Lovely rustic rooms, comfy beds and great places to sit outside, read a book and enjoy the sunshine. Spotty cell service is another plus! Spending time in Anderson Valley is about exploring... More

We stayed here on a last minute impromptu trip to Anderson Valley -- our first visit in late October. Bob was very helpful in getting us set up and leaving a light on as we arriving late and even turning up the heat so it would be warm and cozy when we arrived. The Inn is basic and comfortable accommodations...and... More

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary. She'd always wanted to go to Napa. I had originally booked a ridiculously cheap Comfort Inn in Fairfield. "Comfort Inn?" she asked, giving me the look that's become so familiar in 2.5 decades. "It was a great deal! And it's really close to a lot of vineyards." The look again. I... More

My husband and I with our daughter and her husband stayed here for a night while on our road trip through wine and redwood country. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet! My husband was surprised that there wasn't a TV in the room, but I was happy for that as it encouraged relaxation, conversation and respite from our normal... More

As others have said, it's clean, convenient and our room had a kitchenette. The best part was the proximity to Libby's Mexican Restaurant. It is superbly prepared Mexican food. And to Sharffenberger Vineyard.

My husband & I were at the end of our travel of the North Coast and read about the Anderson Valley Inn in our Guidebook. What a pleasant surprise-Basic accommodations & Very, very clean! We were there on a Saturday overnight and were informed on weekends there is complimentary coffee, danish, and fruit served the next morning in their nice... More

There is nothing much to write about other than you can get a good night's sleep here and that's about it. Close to wineries and across the street from one of the BEST mexican restaurants I have ever ate at. www.travelbyfork.com

Loved my stay at the AV Inn - the rooms are tastefully furnished, everything is clean, the bathroom is nice, and it's the perfect place for a good night's sleep. Great value for the money. The grounds are lovingly landscaped and Room #7 (?, if I recall correctly) at the end had a little semi-private patio with chairs. If you... More
