Leah, Erica, Stephen and Collin (Lido) were especially kind and proactive in their service orientation. Along with a fabulous facility, they increased the joy of our Central Coast family vacation. Front desk response was instantaneous. House Keeping staff efficient and caring. Luggage handling precise. Pool staff very helpful.
