This is obviously a business hotel, and we used it as a stopover on a roadtrip. It was convenient enough for us. The room was fine, but the wireless on our floor wasn't working and in the morning there were only two towels stocked at the pool. You can't ask for a more convenient BART connection outside of San Francisco. Stay here and you're essentially situated between a freeway and a mall -- with exactly the level of traffic noise that indicates. Curtains dampen it, TV and the cooler help. Stayed 5 nights in march 2012 while visiting relatives in the area. Great staff makes this hotel a "must". The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Large shopping mall accross the street. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The only negative is that our room did not have a chest of drawers.

Stayed on a weekend night while house was being painted. Rooms are very nice, modern and decorated well. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are a bit dated. I would avoid the rooms that face the freeway, generates too much ambient noise.
