This place is very rundown for a Holiday Inn. Needs a total makeover. Restaurant is not very good and overpriced. Freeway is noisy as it is located next to a main off ramp. “Clean and friendly”

Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Would have rated it higher except for the fire alarm going off (not exactly their fault, I have a feeling that someone tripped one of the pull stations). A little information from the staff would have been helpful.

No elevators...so get a lower floor if you have lots of luggage. Pool open til 10... AWESOME! But one suggestion would be to get at least 1 heat lamp outside...brrrrrrrrr. Rooms very warm and mattresses/pillows comfy! Fridge in room! Free int

We frequently travel to Redding for business & pleasure and this is always our preferred place to stay. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, great prices, and the pool & hot tub are WONDERFUL! The hotel is centrally located and close to all the great shops & restaraunts plus it's very close to the water slides. You won't be disappointed!

“It was nice but not exceptional”

The hotel was very nice looking, upscale and well appointed. The restaurant food was great but the service was just okay. We waited a long time and the restaurant wasn't very busy. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were old and very uncomfortable. Pretty expensive for what it was but not too bad.

“Comfy stay”

We had a nice and comfy stay here on our journey to Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is your usual Holiday Inn and what we have come to expect from them. We always feel comfy and taken care of for the money you spend. Keep up the good work.
