Made to order breakfast was delicious. And the bird was my best friend even though I usually don't like birds. Rooms are large & comfy; friendly innkeeper; not pretentious just overall a comfortable place to be when we visit our son More

The whole experience was perfect from the confortable beds with their wonderful pillows to breadfasts that I can still taste! Just wish I was there longer so I could have had the waffles and pancakes, but I could not get past the french toast!!! Cinnimmon swirl and melt in your mouth with the perfect bacon and maple syrup. We stayed for a week and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Tricia, who owns the property, welcomed us with open arms. It really was like home from home. The bed was divine and our room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was so delicious; cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be returning when... More

Absolutely wonderful! We have stayed at several in the Bay area and around the world. We stayed three nights, enjoyed the exceptionally comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, restaurant advice from the owners, fabulous location close to Palo Alto, Woodside, San Francisco, etc. We will definitely return again when we visit our new grandson and our daughter & her husband! When having our elderly friends from Texas over for a short visit to Menlo Park, we did extensive research into where you get the most value for your money around here. We visited a lot of inns, motels, cottages and B&Bs in the area, and our thoroughness really paid off. We saw outrageous prices for quite sketchy rooms. But finally... More

Tricia is an excellent hostess and the accomodations are first class. I also love her other bread and breakfast Adella Villa down the street in Atherton. It's a little more rustic but same attention to detail More

The inn keeper could not have been friendlier or more helpful; directions, choices for restaurants, local history etc. Very clean; very comfortable; tremendous amenities; privacy if you want; convenient, safe...I could go on and on! More

Luxurious room, fab jacuzzi, lovely breakfast, cordial hosts, no-hassle Internet connection, great kitchen, refrigerator for guests--we love this place. We've stayed at the Atherton Inn twice now and will definitely be there again when we next visit California. More
