“Good looking rooms in an old building”

“easy stay”

Good location and clean amenities. Good stuff: price,cleanliness,location. Weak points:service in restaurant,weird layout to find the elevators, and most security doors (gym, pool, side doors) just pop open when pushed. Still overall I would stay here again.

“No problems, clean room but loud.”

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the lobby area is extremely large and inviting. My room was clean and the ammenities were more than sufficient. The only problem was that my room was about 20 feet from the elevator and it was extremely loud.

It sounds like we could not have given you a worse impression of our hotel. The condition of your first room is unforgivable. We then compounded the problem by disturbing you after you had been moved to another room. Our Front Office Manager and Executive Housekeeper are taking immediate steps with their staffs to make sure they correct these issues.... More

“Great Find, enjoyed my stay”

Nothing but positive raves about this hotel. The Arbor Grille's (the hotel restaurant) service left something to be desired, but other then that the stay was perfect and the hotel staff was great. Added benefit the pool and spa were awesome and stayed open all the time.
