Manager was VERY RUDE!!! I checked in and went to see my room, it was disgusting. Very dirty and there were bugs all over the bathroom. I checked out right away and demanded a refund. But the Manager was very rude and a racist person. He did not give me a refund. More

Very bad experience. Poor reservation management by hotel's website. You reserve, they later call you saying that they don't have what you booked online.
