Staffs didn't show much care or concerns for customers' requests, no service mind at all. Bad services from the maid, the breakfast area as well as the front desk. Although the room is of good quality, Would definitely not staying there again.

Very clean rooms and hotel, very friendly, very helpful staff. Had a nice stay there. This was our second time staying here and we will be back in two weeks for another stay for another event we will be running in.

Service isn't up to par for a Hilton full service hotel but the room is clean. I arrived late and room service lost my phone order. No water in rooms and the tap water smells of chlorine. Location was central to San Jose. Valet didn't have my car up in the morning as I requested.

Stayed here while attending SuiteWorld 2013. Very convenient as it is connected to convention center. Not many dining options within hotel but great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Peter Thomas Roth bath products!
