We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Franciscan. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is convenient. It is one block to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and State Street. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi, but they are not located together. This is an excellent value. More
