This is not a typical Embassy Suites, with open atrium and lush gardens. But it is clean and well presented. Parking is easy and the cooked-to-order breakfast was very good. The shower was great and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Must admit I did not have great expectations when I made the reservation. The previous evening I had stayed in a very expensive boutique hotel. Much to my delight the suite was spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean. It was quiet and comfortable. There was even a pleasing view. What more can one ask for in a hotel?

This is an older Embassy Suites but has all the comforts that come with Embassy Suites - Big rooms, a good happy hour and a great breakfast. The best thing is the location and access to all that is important in San Jose.

I returned to the Embassy Suites based on my previous stay at the property. However, I was not as impressed with this stay due to my room. During this stay, the room was not as clean. Best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Will be back! Entire family enjoyed it. Complimentary breakfast was incredible. Excellent Service. Rooms were very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and professional.

The reception and bar were very helpful, however the management a little short-sighted on their views. This hotel need to understand that business traveler have choices to stay and they to always be at the top of game. Do Not Assume....... If it wasn't for the hotel staff (bar) this would only be 2 stars
