This is a stylish old place in a quiet street though close to the promenade mall and beach. The rooms are small though very clean and all staff were helpful. Very good for the price, my only complaint would be that there was no fridge.

The hotel is in an excellent location. I could always find a place to park - even after a few loops around then neighborhood. The bathrooms are tiny but manageable. I found it warm so I dug out the fan in the closet and it helped. The staff is very nice.
