Very disappointing. The suite with a view. What a joke. After I clipped limbs from the tree growing into the balcony I called the front desk, went to the front desk and left messages raising my concerns. No response. Not a phone call, nothing. This is a beautiful resort, in a lovely setting. The staff are wonderful, friendly, considerate and helpful. The rooms well appointed, the pillows the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Northern California is beautiful, the food is really good, in short, I will visit again.
