The pictures still show poly bedspreads, but in fact they have moved on to cotton duvets. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and functional...those 3 things made it a pleasant stay. The toilets weren't those super small ones that are so often in a lower priced motel. Keep on going once you reach Sonora, there is nothing here. All the shops/businesses are closed down. It's an old fashioned place. The motel was ok, the bed very comfortable. This area needs something to bring in the visitors. More

We stayed one night in a room of a decent size and unpleasant smell, enclosed by walls made of paper, with tiny windows, and linoleum and carpets dirty. The bed was good and the only decent thing. We stayed here before heading off to Yosemite. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful - couldn't be nicer. Our room was fine, it was what we expected it to be.
