Beautiful lobby, extremely busy place. Thought the room would be as beautiful- not the case. Rooms could use a good cleaning and an update. The bed seemed clean and comfortable, but the condition of the sofa bed was poor--rips in bedding, dingy sheets, bed sank into the coils-not at all comfortable. More

Up to Embassy standards in every way. Just north of SFO. Breakfast starts at 6, the shuttle comes by every 15 or 20 minuets and serves 3 or 4 other hotels so allow up to 20 minutes for the ride, non-freeway which can be huge if there is a problem on 101. Great hotel, they gave us a free upgrade, and a beautiful cheese, crackers, snacks, and a bottle of champagne! Employees were so nice there and helpful, especially ANNA at front desk, we will definently return! More

I've stayed here several times over the years. Quite often I use their park and fly program for various trips. I like the design of the hotel interior, the afternoon free cocktails, the freshly cooked breakfast in the mornings and the service is always very good.
