We have stayed at the Residence Inn in Palo Alto/Los Altos, Sunnyvale and Sacramento. We have found that the Residence Inn offers the most value and comfort when we travel with our dog. More

One of my favorite things about being a General Manager at a Residence Inn is meeting our furry guests. We realize that our pets are an important part of the family and shouldn't be exluded from trips away from home. We hope to see you (and your dog) again soon! Karen Mendez General Manager More

I discovered as we were driving there that I had stayed here before, 6+ years ago, on business. I was pleased to find that the rooms had been renovated and didn't feel dated as they had previously. The bed was pretty comfortable, water hot and plentiful. Always important. We used the pull out couch too. A helpful addition when traveling... More

I stayed here in March 2012. The check in staff was helpful and pleasant. I got in late and was hungry, and they explained my nearby options. Parking was free, as was the internet. The rooms are the typical Residence Inn room -- large suites, almost like a small apartment. The free breakfast was good. About the only complaint was... More

Thank you for your kind feedback about our hotel. It will be my pleasure to share your positive remarks with our team. I am truly sorry you did not receive your express check out. I will review our process to assure that this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you again, and we hope to be of service to you... More

Everything was booked in Silicon Valley so I ended up with a suite here at the Residence Inn in Sunnyvale, CA. The rooms are enormous. In fact they were more like condos than hotel rooms. Two floors with two beds and two bathrooms or swap one bed for extra office space. Full size fridges with a kitchenette, living room with... More

Someone else booked this on my behalf - I always get nervous when that happens. As it turned out, I had no need to be concerned at all. I stayed for a week and it really felt like I had my own place, rather than staying in a hotel. Of course, these are designed for people staying longer than average... More

Stayed here for a week. Very convenient location for me since it's right off of Lawrence Expressway. It was quiet (I asked for non-ground floor level and didn't hear my neighbors at all during my entire stay) and the room was a large studio/suite with full kitchen/dining area table (full fridge!), living room area with sofa/large screen HDTV, then sleeping... I try to stay at Residence Inn's whenever I travel for longer than 3 or 4 days for business. This particular Residence Inn did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an extended stay for work. More

Great place for anyone staying a few days in the valley. I've stayed here 3/4 times over the past few months on business and the suites all have kitchenettes and separate bathrooms. For the most part service is very good, although I've had a few anomalies such as returning to my room one evening and finding that the carpets were... More

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times for business. The hotel has a sister hotel "Residence Inn Silicon Valley I" which is less than 1 mile away and people sometimes confuse the two. I slightly prefer this one only because it's farther away from highway 101 so less road noise, although same problem can occur if you... More

I stayed here for 6 weeks this summer. I was staying with my wife and a 3 year old kid. The rooms are nice and functional. Even though they are old they have been kept clean and without any problems as such. The kitchen was well stocked. Enough for us to be able to cook whenever we felt like. The... More
