We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Bike Lane Inn. After hiking in Yosemite the comfort of Bike Lane Inn was just what we needed. We stayed in the garden room off the back of the house which has its own entrance out to the the patio/breakfast area that overlooks the distant mountains. Beautiful. The gourmet breakfasts were delicious.... More

My husband and I had an excellent stay with Scott and Elaine last week. It is so much cozier than a hotel! We enjoyed wine on the patio with beautiful views in the evening. The couple makes a delicious breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit, pancakes, bacon etc.! They know lots of great local areas for outdoor activities, food,... More

We stayed at Bike Lane Inn a year ago, but I just now realized that although I posted a review on other sites, I never posted it on Trip Advisor, so here it is one year later. Bike Lane Inn is a real gem: it's beautiful place in very pretty surroundings with very nice accommodations and a delicious and filling... More

The Bike Lane Inn cannot be beat in the area for its great hosts, breakfasts, location and value. The hosts will give great recommendations about tastings and the area in general. We hope to return soon, if we are lucky to get a room!

We would definitely recommend the Bike Lane Inn. Very friendly owners, comfortable room and delicious breakfasts. We appreciated all the tips for local places to visit and winery recommendations. We hope to return again!

Sweet, caring people own & operate this tiny bed & breakfast. If they weren't so wonderfully kind, this would be a must miss. However, they had our (sub par) bikes awaiting our arrival, a great map & lots of recommendations on the ready. If you are just wanting a convenient place to rest your head before casual biking & a... More

My husband and I opted for the patio room, which gave us private access to our room directly from the patio sliding doors rather than through the house entrance. A very comfortable room with all necessities provided. Our bathroom was not ensuite, but immediately next to our room. Not a problem, even though another couple was booked into the ensuite... More

When driving up to the Bike Lane Inn, we were a little afraid that we had chosen a place too far away from all of the action in Paso Robles -- but once we were inside the inn and met Elaine, we realized we had found a gem! This inn was very warm and inviting, the hosts were so helpful... More

We planned a trip to the Paso Robles wine country but chose not to stay in a pricey hotel. So glad we chose Bike Lane Inn in Templeton. The tiny historic town of Templeton is well worth the trip alone! Eat at McPhee's restaurant for a NYC quality meal, and hang out at AJ Spurs for a cowboy cocktail. The... More

Our car broke down and we were 'stuck' in Templeton for the evening. I looked up places to stay and this one came up. My phone died, so we were driven to the Inn. Scott & Elaine were so wonderful. They fixed a room up, opened a bottle a wine and got us settled within minutes. It was such a... More
