We arrived and rec'd a room next to a very noisy machine. It would go off every 10 minutes! My husband let the front desk know and immediately they moved us to an UPGRADED room that was SO nice! We loved our stay-the bed was awesome and everyone was very pleasant and professional!

I had contacted the hotel weeks before our stay. They said that their pet policy was $35 per stay per animal. I have 2 small dogs and If the room was fine, I would get half back. I wasn't told about the incidentals. I had to pay 75.00 total and was not informed that it would cost that much.

Breakfast improving each time. Thank you. Shuttle to park perfect. Stay two to three times each year. Lots if improvements would like to see the price'ng be set. My grand kids like knowing the rules along with the pool nd breakfast routine.

My daughter and I stayed here to go to a show in Oakland and then do a day trip in San Francisco. Meanwhile I had to be back in work near Sacramento the next morning. This was a good midpoint location and the price was right.
