We've stayed several times at the Poste Montane. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms and clean and quaint with lots of charm. They offer a great breakfast to start off your day with lots of variety of foods. They are located right in town and close to the slopes. We look forward to our next visit!

In real estate the term is location, location, location- that is first what The Poste Montane has going for it in Beaver Creek. It is located in the heart of Beaver Creek, next to the Black Family Ice Rink and the Vilar Center for Arts. Across the mall is the Park Hyatt which as a guest of The Poste Montane... More

I love the rooms at poste montane. We had a cozy deluxe room for two with a roaring fireplace and sipped wine by candlelight. So easy to get to ski area I.e. taking the escalator just in time to run into the warm cookie lady or hot chocolate with whipped cream. Amenities so close such as walk out the door... More

If you're going to Beaver Creek and want to stay in the village, the Poste cannot be beat. Just returned from another great ski week there. If you like the charm of a European Inn with great oversized and wonderfully appointed rooms, great breakfasts served daily and friendly attentive staff, you won't be disappointed. Full access to the Park Hyatt's... More

We are avid skiers and this was our first trip to Beaver Creek since it opened in 82 0r 83. We loved staying at the Poste Montane. It was intimate and had the feeling of a bed and breakfast. They staff was outstanding and did everything they could to anticipate and handle any requests. The room was comfortable and quite... More

We're avid skiers and come to Beaver Creek regularly. We've never stayed at Poste Montane and decided to give it a shot this year. After staying there for a week, I can honestly say we will likely not stay anywhere else in the future. The room (we had a 1-bedroom) was spacious and well-appointed. The continental breakfast was actually closer... More

Stayed here for 4 nights end of january 2013 for a ski trip in a Lodgeroom with fireplace (king). Overall a convenient lodging option and -for Beaver Creek Village- one of the more affordable (affordable meaning less than $300 a night here) places to stay. What we liked: - Very spacious accommodation with walk-in closet with fridge, humidifier, hairdryer, vanity... More

True old world ambiance. Outstanding staff, pleasant and interesting fellow guests. Best value on the mountain. Located close to the restaurants and shops. Close to the lifts. Free shuttle within the village and ample transportation options to nearby Avon and beyond. Also free indoor heated parking for guests.

My father from Indiana who is 81 years old came out to visit me in November. I was in the process of selling my place and did not have a room for him. I contacted the Poste Montane and they were more than happy to take care of him for his stay. He LOVED it there. He was very impressed... More

This is a small hotel with charming and located in a great location. If you are a skier or summer visitor, you should stay here. It is very reasonably priced and has excellent staff. One of the great things is that you get to use the pool and spa across the mall in the Park Hyatt for free.
