Great location, two blocks from Pearl Street and with a very nice supermarket on the side of the street. The hotel is, however, a bit old and expensive for what it offers in terms of room quality and amenities. Facing the Boulevard, the University Inn is a bit noisy.

This is the second time we have stayed at UI. We love to go to Pearl Street so this is the perfect location to be in walking distance. The place does need some updating and it is scheduled to begin in October. The pictures of their plans look great. The staff is helpful and very friendly.
