Stayed here for 1 night October 7, 2011, and was chosen because of it's very close proximity to CU and Pearl Street Mall. We walked to Pearl Street in less than 5 minutes. Rooms are of a good medium size and have more than enough storage space for clothes and cases good continental style breakfast with easy parking and very friendly/helpful staff on the desk, Pearl street is a maximum 10 minute walk north. Popular so book in advance. More
