While on the outskirts of Boulder, this hotel is very convenient to the "downtown" area of Boulder and the college campus. Set against the hills, the hotel is located near a homeless shelter and a gentlemen's club. Which was a bit disconcerting initially, but did not seem to have an impact once on the property.
