We just spent a very lovely four nights at Mission Beach Shores. It's the perfect place to stay if you want somewhere private, comfortable, and chilled out. Bungalow apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. They are very private with beautiful gardens and outside patio areas. The pool is delightful. Only a short walk to the beach and some good restaurants.

Stayed at Mission Beach Shores for two nights, its an excellent getaway, its peaceful, its quiet and very clean. The owners don't live on site, however are readily contactable, when arriving at the accomodation, it was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. The Mission Beach area is beautiful. These chalets are lovely and miraculously escaped any damage from cyclone Yassie in February. We particularly loved the outside area, with the comfy cushioned seats, large table and an outside light and fan. The communal washing machines need 3 one dollar coins to operate and our clothes dried very quickly on a clothes rack... More
