Comfort Inn came through again with a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, room clean, bathroom clean and well appointed. The staff was exceptional. The dog was welcome and the staff was clear about guidelines for pets. Thanks for a great stay.

If you're looking for reasonable places to stay near Aspen, this is probably the best of the few choices. Nearby Glenwood Springs has many better branded options but the additional drive wasn't worth it to me. Location? Convenient and easy with plenty of parking. View? Red-rock cliffs and a pine tree out one window, the Roaring Fork River out the other. Room? Large, clean, and well laid out. Internet? I stayed here on business, and honestly it seemed like one of the only choices available in Carbondale. The location is close enough to downtown Carbondale, and an easy drive to Basalt. I will stay at this place every time I come to Carbondale. The folks are very friendly and hospitable and it's obvious that they take pride in mintaining the hotel. It has a very homey feel.
