I ended up here as a result of blind bidding on Priceline. I paid $59 per night , including taxes. The property was quiet, clean and well maintained. I believe that all units have a kitchenette which can save substantial sums for those who choose to eat in. There is an Albertson's nearby. More

Our daughter goes to school at UCCS right down the road so we have had the opportunity to stay here multiple times. The location is unbeatable.
