My family and I are from the Colorado Springs area and have celebrated many important occasions at the Broadmoor. In fact, in college I worked at the hotel for a summer, and what I remember was a beautiful, sparkling gem of a hotel. Everything was perfect! I consider myself something of a hotel conoisseur, so I couldn't wait to stay... More

We've lived in the Colorado Springs area full time since 1993 and have never went to the Broadmoor Hotel for their Sunday Brunch. I wanted to do something special for my Wife's 60th Birthday so I decided, along with my daughter, to try the Broadmoor's Sunday Brunch. My daughter took care of the reservations about three weeks out from the... More

Our stay was over Mother's Day weekend- our room was located in the west building facing the lake. Great room with nice details and lovely balcony. The hotel, staff, grounds and shops are all first class. We had brunch (wonderful!), dinner at the Summit (great!). My son played golf on the East course, not the best weather but nonetheless a... Our first stay at the Broadmoor was perfect! Luxurious soundings and appointments made for a restful trip. We loved the firepit and bag piper at sunset, with the mountains in the background. Our meal at the Tavern was excellent. The staff at the resort was very accomodating and provided the ultimate in service. We enjoyed the spa, exercise room and... More

Cool, clean mountain air seated at the base of the front range of the Rockies. This is a fabulous place to stay. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is at your beck and call. This is my favorite hotel when I'm in Colorado. More

The Broadmoor is visually beautiful, in a spectacular location within the mountains, with great views. My room was faultless, it overlooked the lake, and the Molton Brown products in the bathroom were a plus. The staff were all very friendly and polite, with everyone going out of their way to be as helpful and welcoming as possible. The only downside... More

My wife and I stayed at the Broadmoor earlier this spring, and had a great time. Our room faced the mountains, and was in the West complex. We had a private balcony and the view was no less than stunning. The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest and most helpful I've ever experienced. From the reservation staff... More

So to start, let's say what is great about this hotel - it's location around a lake with the mountains as background is fabulous. I had a very comfortable double room with a view over the lake. The service from the staff (other than foodservice) was wonderful - always smiling, always very willing - couldn't be faulted. But (a) this... More

Stayed here for one night getaway in March 2012. We (family of 4, 2 small kids) stayed on a Thursday night, with the intent of going to Cheyenne Mtn zoo the next day, so we booked the hotel/zoo package. We weren't sure how kid friendly this hotel was going to be, but since we were only there for one night,... More

Since my last experience at the Broadmoor, I am looking forward to the next. We are Colorado residents but getting away to the Broadmoor for a long weekend is like being off to an exotic getaway in Bali. It was my wife's first experience but when all the service staff knew her name, well that did it. The best Cosmo's... More
