Was my room quiet. Yes. The rest of the experience was frustrating. The hotel overbooked, sending a colleague down the street upon his arrival expecting a room. The guest help line isn’t answered. Multiple calls over a 30 minute window didn’t have anyone pick up. The digital key program by Hilton doesn’t work - the keys don’t work in elevators or at times getting into the room. You’re stuck in the elevator with nowhere to go. The rooms need makeovers. While clean, the furniture, curtains, paint etc are dated. There was a drawer in my room that wouldn’t stay shut as well. The bar and restaurant, while having a helpful staff, needs an update. We took a chance with this stay and won’t be back.

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was the best thing I could have done!!!! All the team members are very attentive and friendly, the food at Prospect's Urban Kitchen & Bar is amazing, we were served by Taylor who was super attentive and always smiling with us. I definitely hope to come back soon.

I have never experienced anyone more rude than the front desk manager working at Hilton Denver City Center this evening. Rosenna threatened to take away another customers’ discounted rate simply because I asked to have it honored for the same day and trip. She actually said “I am going to call the other customer right now and take away her rate because I can’t also do it for you!” This is unacceptable behavior from anyone in the hospitality industry BUT especially a manager. I doubt Rosenna can actually take another customer’s discount away but threatening customers is a bad look HILTON!

Had an outstanding stay at this Hilton. Excellent service. Loved the room. The bed was comfortable. Not a complaint. Highly recommend this hotel. Had a relative in from out of town. Several of us booked rooms here and were very pleased.

I suppose this is what you would expect from a Hilton. Room was very nice and clean and up to date. However for the price we stayed in much cheaper places throughout our trip that had more to offer. Restaurant was nice but expensive which is to be expected in the city. Disappointing no pool. Didn’t find the staff overly helpful or friendly compared to other places. We wanted to leave our bags in the lobby while we dropped our car back at the rental down the road but seemed like a big deal to do so and they didn’t like us leaving our car outside for about 2 minutes even though it was never busy. Should have just traipsed back through town with all our cases for all the hassle it seemed to cause! The biggest put off about this place is as soon as you step out of the hotel there are so many homeless it’s actually quite scary. We wish we had kept our car in Denver so we didn’t have to walk too far! Whenever my other half went to the tiny smoking area outside the front he was hounded by them wanting cigarettes. I’ve never felt this intimidated in London which is saying something. It’s a shame the hotel can’t do something to make the surrounding doorway areas more private for guests.

I stayed there for a conference and provided a complete list of my allergies to everyone, including the catering chef who seemed to understand, until food stared coming. Out of 5 meals, I had issues (reactions) with 3 and could not eat one. It all seemed to come down to am attitude of "if you have allergies we will give you vegan," despite my allergies to many vegetables and the assurance that I would get animal proteins with just salt and pepper. This was very frustrating. On the up side, the bar restaurant cared and treated me well. The rooms were noisy, even on the 16th floor where ambulances and firetrucks could be heard at all hours. There was even a shooting the first night outside. It is not a good part of town.

I’ve stayed at this Hilton a few times this year and I’ve really enjoyed my experiences there. The rooms are clean and modern and the LG tv remotes are intuitive. Also, every interaction I’ve had with a staff member has been very pleasant. The Starbucks on site is great and I recommend the burger at the Prospector’s restaurant. Maybe just a few critiques would be that as a diamond member, it’s a bit of a bother to always ask for water rather than having them in my room. Additionally, it’s confusing with the executive lounge being mentioned on the hotel layout signs but after asking I was told it’s closed (permanently?). Anyway city center is a great hotel and I will continue to stay there when I’m in town.

This was a real hit or miss experience. When I showed up at 5:15 my room wasn't ready. The person behind the desk was very nice and within 5 minutes had a room for me. I was upgraded to a suite, I imagine because there were no other rooms available. I also asked to change my departure date. As I found out when I got home, they had not changed it and refused to refund me for that day I wasn't there. Not a good way to treat a diamond member. There was some convention going on and when it let out, the wait to get on the elevator could be 10 to 15 minutes. It was quite excessive. But the other thing and this is maybe this part of downtown Denver, but the surrounding area felt pretty sketchy. Numerous retail stores empty, not a great place to walk around the neighborhood.

I was here at a conference The hotel was generally fine, although the air conditioning was very loud when it started and woke me up every hour or so, every night. The catering staff for the conference did not either understand or use enough care about my allergies. I clearly communicated my allergy to the executive catering chef, but the message did not get passed or absorbed by lower level functionaries. I will not ever return to this venue until the catering staff is replaced.
