What a great place. The location is perfect. The staff is absolutely on point -- outstanding! From the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff, I felt like I had been to this location before (and I was a first time guest)!

The service at this hotel is superb! Specifically James Stephens, the assistant General Manager. He was over the top in making sure I was comfortable, didn't need any help carrying in bags, and checked me in quite efficiently. The room was clean and suitable but I will stay here anytime in Denver just because of service alone. I'll be back!

Okey, the service here is just amazing. I woke up thirsty in the middel of the night and didn´t want tap water; they brought me cold bottle water at my door! I wanted to see the city and they drove me to the train station! They basically fix everything you need!
And a big plus: the breakfast is really great....

Lovely property...staff went out of their way to make sure I was confortable....was givin a room where the a/c wasn't working and even though they were at capacity..they found a better room and had me moved within 10 minutes....Great beds!
