As others have said this Motel sits close to the freeway, but I didn't notice any undue noise. The rooms are plain Jane--nothing special. The Waffle House next door is nice and convienent. I would probably stay here again. The front desk staff was very helpful and extremely courteous.

Motel 6 has a lovely sign in their lobbies that states something about being the in business for something like 40 years...I think the carpets and bedding in this motel are original. The carpet was so gross I didn't take off my shoes. The mattress was like a board. This hotel is way over due for a remodel.

We were only looking for a room & a bed the night we stayed here. It's a good thing too! The couple in the next room had two HUGE dogs that barked at anything that went past the window. They were able to accommodate us (large family) with adjacent rooms. Full size beds, so not huge. Saw some hair on the pillows when turning down. Located near I-25, but getting in to FTC is a bit of a jaunt especially if you're looking for something besides McD's or Denny's to eat. Has outdoor pool that looked nice.

Right off highway 25, the main north-south route through Colorado, this Motel 6 is clean comfortable and an easy access.
