We stayed in the Bell Tower Suite. We were upgraded upon check in. It was an amazing place to stay with great history, great staff, great food, & great ambience! We will be coming back with the whole family soon.

We have family of 6. We have stayed at the hotel 4 summers in a row and will stay again. I can't belive all the bad reviews. It is a charming hotel, great value, kid and pet friendly. Everything from the Hot Springs to great resturants are in beautiful walking distance. Come enjoy your stay!

This is our first choice of places to stay in Glenwood. We love the history and the beautiful gardens, and the fact that dogs are welcome. The rooms are pretty, if old, but everything works and we like the historic nature of the place. It is clean and well run and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I am from Denver and I love staying in historic hotels. This is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better then the Stanley in Estes Park. This is a very hotel that has been slightly updated. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We usually stay at the chains were everything is the same. This one has character. But no air condioning - so be careful when booking in very hot weather.
