We have stayed in Glenwood Springs several times before but this was the best deal and best value for a quality motel-hotel in town. Next to everything, walking distance to the hot springs and across the road to an excellent mexican food restaurant. The pool is more inviting than the $16 a day hot springs down the street. The breakfast... More

Although we were just passing through Glenwood Springs, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is huge, it has three buildings. The room was nicer than I thought, the shower section has been remodeled. The sink is still a little bit older, but the rest was nice, rustic but nice. The bed was not very soft, but everything was clean.... More

Needed a place to stay for a night when passing thru Glenwood Springs; Antlers was a decent price for the area, clean, quiet, and comfortable. OK breakfast in the lobby area--nothing special; would stay again if passing thru

This is our first stay at this hotel. Great location near the Hot Springs Pool/Downtown yet set back off the road for a quiet setting on this large wooded property with parking near your room in this old style 2 story motor lodge setup. We liked the one time 35.00 pet fee (regardless of number of nights in stay). Other... More

The Best Western staff was very accommodating with our dog. They even allowed me to sit in the lobby with him and finish my workday. They are also the most affordable while still clean and comfortable when traveling with a pet. Another nearby property charges $100 for allowing your pet to stay in your room. BW only charges $35. My husband and I took a road trip from Colorado Springs down to alamosa CO and up to Glenwood Springs. As we went sight seeing we began to look for a hotel and every town we stopped in along the way was homely and a bit scary. I called ahead to BW and Steve was able to get us in... More

We called late about two hours away, got a room and some very nice advice about road construction which helped us navigate our way to the hotel. BEAUTIFUL large room, spacious, clean, decorated very nicely. The beds were so comfy! Even the pull out sofa bed for our teenager was good. Excellent breakfast, great surroundings and a terrific staff. We... More

we did like this hotel a lot however.. the only reason we gave the service an average rating was the indoor hot tub was only slightly warm.. when we called them to turn it up they were very nice and adjusted it immediately. also our room was very nice and clean. but the bed was a little to hard for... We were headed east and had to find a hotel quick because of snow closures. The reservation process was easy and the owners were great in accomidating our requests. The property is well kept and clean. Easy walk to the hot springs.

We stopped here for the night going from Denver to Zion National Park. It is in a very quaint town and the hotel is wonderful. Very nice staff and the rooms were comfortable and good size. We didn't eat breakfast there as we left before they put it out. I would highly recommend this hotel.
