Large clean room within walking distance to the main street shops and restaurants. Second floor room was quiet at night. The coffee in the lobby was not that good but there was a coffee maker in our room.

We spent 3 nights here recently. Our room was clean and spacious. We felt very safe here and slept well. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fabulous! It was really nice to be able to walk in to town. We will definitely be back sometime.

This is our fourth stay at this clean and pleasant motel. The staff are friendly; the rooms clean and well maintained; the location near the enjoyable places to visit in Manatou Springs. We have only stayed in rooms located on the main floor and near the office.

Our rooms(and the grounds in general!) were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. It is very close to Historic Downtown Manitou Springs, we were able to walk there. The coffee in the hotel room was surprisingly good! All in all, I enjoyed my time at the motel.

Upon our arrival we received a friendly warm greeting and information about the area, even "a locals" recommendation for where to enjoy dinner. Been staying here for a long time and the hotel staff is always on top of everything. Very clean place to stay. We have stayed in there Cabins and the regular rooms. They are always very nice people to make reservations with. You will never see cigarette butts on the parking lot. It is always very clean.
